 Metal Hammer issue July 2007: ...While most young bands in the UK were desperately chasing the latest fringe-centric bandwagon, whoring themselves for a record deal, Evile were tearing up their grimy corner of West Yorkshire with a rabid, exhilarating new take on the classic thrash sound. Owing plenty to Annihilator, Slayer and particularly Bay Area legends Exodus, this fearsome foursome began their musical careers under the moniker Metal Millitia, and specialised in the covers of classic Metallica anthems like 'Towers Of Strength', evolving into a tight and destructive unit, with a level of musicianship that belies their comparative inexperience.Their debut full-length promises to be a metal must have of 2007. ...i doista, obećanje je ispunjeno. U 10 mjesecu prošle godine je izašao taj album pod imenom 'Enter the grave'. Isprva sam bio skeptik glede albuma jer u današnje vrijeme mladi bendovi ne znaju raditi thrash albume, a bacaju se pod label thrash...tipa Trivium. To nije thrash, to je metalcore. I da, skoro svaki takav bend uvijek skrene sa thrash ceste i kombinira žestinu sa gej plačljivim temama, screamo vokalima, i postane metalcore, hardcore, softcore, emo itd itd. Dakle, thrash nula bodova. I tako ja nabavio album i kad sam počeo slušati, ja sam praktički bio "blown away"..Rekoh, jebote kako ovo rastura! Kao da slušam onaj old skul thrash iz 80-ih u modernoj produkciji ovog stoljeća. Ja sam bio sretan kao malo dijete. S pravom su ih nahvalili sa svih strana. Ako volite thrash, Enter the grave je must have za vas! You see a lot of bands wearing Slayer and Exodus shirts these days. They think they're so fucking metal, but they're just playing crap! If you love thrash so much, why don't you do it? That's why we are doing it. It's the music we love and we want to do it justice. Our aim is to be mentioned in the same sentence as Slayer, Testament and Exodus Bome, ako ovako nastave kako su krenuli, to im neće biti nemoguća misija. Nakon što su odradili turneju sa Megadeth-om, sada u 4 mjesecu kreću na tour sa Bay Area legendarnim thrash bendom Exodus. Ja molim boga da dođu u Hrvatsku koji put da naprave kolinje i pol i pokažu neukoj djeci šta je metal.
